This policy explains how Anand Singh & Co. ("we") handles personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Enquiries and consultation requests: name, company, email, phone, the service you need and your message.
• "Talk to a CA" requests from the AI assistant: the same contact details, your requirement and the recent chat messages, so we understand your question.
• Job applications: the details in the form and your résumé.
• AI assistant questions: the text of questions asked (without your name or IP address) to improve the website's answers. Questions are processed by our AI service provider to generate a reply. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial details in the chat.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, buttons clicked) using cookies.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, assess job applications and improve this website. We do not sell your information.

Storage and retention

Information is stored securely on our web host and email systems and kept only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Job applications are deleted when no longer under consideration.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing anand@caasca.in. We handle requests in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law.
