Profile
CA Anand Singh founded Anand Singh & Co. in July 2015 and is the Managing Partner of the firm.
His areas of expertise include statutory and internal audits, financial reporting under IFRS and Ind AS, taxation (direct and indirect), ERP and SAP implementations, and mergers & acquisitions.
He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), holds the ICAI post-qualification Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) and ICAI's valuation certification, and is registered as an Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
